Pink poppies have some of the most beautiful petals in nature. Thin and delicate, almost glowing when sunlight passes through them. In this pair, I wanted to capture that softness in enamel… faded blush pinks, deeper raspberry tones, and those soft, watercolor-like edges that real poppies seem to have.
Each bloom begins as a hand-cut form that I layer with vitreous enamel and hand-paint in shifting tones of pink. The centers are carved poppy details, adding depth and texture at the heart of each flower.
Handcrafted sterling silver leaves rise above the blooms, adding structure and movement while keeping the focus on the flowers themselves.
And my favorite part? The flowers spin. It's a small detail, but one that brings these blooms to life and never fails to make me smile.
