All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage and are fully insured.
• Orders under $100 are insured through USPS.
• Orders over $100 are insured through Shipsurance.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
I believe it’s very important to insure your purchase. Please know that I do everything possible to ensure your package arrives safely; however, once it leaves my hands, it’s in the care of USPS.
In the rare event that your package does not arrive, a claim will need to be filed. I will work closely with you to find the best solution. Please note that I rely on USPS tracking information and their final determination, as it directly impacts the outcome of all claims.
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and materials until the claim is resolved. Do not throw anything away, as USPS/Shipsurance requires these items for inspection and verification.
It’s never a good feeling when something goes wrong, but I’ll do everything I can to resolve it quickly and fairly.

International shipping can be unpredictable, so I only use UPS for reliability and speed. Most international orders arrive within 3 days to 1 week, and all are fully insured, just like domestic shipments.
Please note that any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or import duties (often referred to as VAT) are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your country and must be paid in order for your package to be delivered or picked up.
I am legally required to declare the full purchase value of each order on the customs form. I cannot alter or understate the order amount to reduce customs fees.
If a package is returned because customs fees were not paid, shipping costs (including any fees required for re-entry into the United States) will not be refunded. Any remaining balance may be issued as a shop credit.
Returns and Cancelations:
All sales are final.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for the individual buyer and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
I do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been made. Please review photos carefully, read the full description for each piece, and reach out with any questions before purchasing. I am always happy to provide additional details prior to checkout.
Each piece is handmade and carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it leaves my studio in perfect condition.
Worn items, items used for events, or items returned due to buyer’s remorse are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Purchases made through this website are intended for personal use only and are subject to the policies stated here at the time of checkout.
Please note that I cannot accept returns for pieces purchased through one of my retail partners. Returns for those purchases must be handled directly through the retailer and are subject to their individual policies.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes Policy
By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to all policies stated at checkout, including our no-return and no-refund policy.
Chargebacks filed for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, event use, sizing preference, change of mind, or misunderstanding of product details are not considered valid grounds for dispute.
All items are accurately described and photographed. Proof of delivery is provided for all shipments. Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility for the item transfers to the buyer.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed in violation of these policies:
documentation will be submitted to the payment processor or bank
proof of delivery, product descriptions, and accepted terms will be provided
future purchases may be refused
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in loss of purchasing privileges.
Orders placed through third-party purchasing agents or marketplaces are subject to the same policies. No additional protections, return rights, or customer service expectations apply beyond those stated on this website.
I am a small, independent business. Each piece is handmade and sold with care. These policies allow me to continue creating sustainably and fairly.
Repairs and Workmanship Guarantee
I stand behind my work.
If a piece is found to be faulty due to workmanship or materials from my end, I am happy to offer a repair at no charge.
Damage caused by wear, accident, misuse, or external force is not covered under this guarantee. This includes, but is not limited to, pieces that have been dropped, stepped on, bent, chewed by pets, or otherwise damaged after delivery. Repairs for this type of damage may be available for a fee.
If a piece has been resized, altered, repaired, or otherwise modified by another jeweler or third party, I am unable to assess the integrity of the original work and cannot offer repairs, warranties, or further services on that piece.
To determine the appropriate course of action, clear photos of the piece must be emailed to Jessartjeweler@gmail.com. Once reviewed, I will advise whether a repair is covered under my workmanship guarantee, requires a repair fee, or is not repairable.
All repair decisions are made at my discretion.
