There are moments when the sea stops being water and becomes memory, breath, longing. When you stand at the edge and feel it calling—not with sound, but with pull. Tide Carried is a one-off collection shaped by that feeling: the hush before a wave breaks, the gleam of something half-buried in wet sand, the sense that the sea has chosen to offer you a secret.

These earrings are part of that offering.

A single seahorse—painted by hand in soft enamel—floats on a pale blue background, like light caught just beneath the surface. Sterling silver surrounds it, and from beneath, etched scallop shells sway like slow, deliberate tides. Each one holds a piece of that longing. That stillness. That pull.

A keepsake from the ocean’s quiet heart.

Fun fact:

Vitreous enamel, a technique cherished for centuries, traces its origins back to ancient civilizations like the Egyptians, who adorned jewelry with its vibrant hues as far back as 1500 BCE. What sets vitreous enamel apart is not just its rich history but also its remarkable durability. Crafted from fused glass, the colors are permanently bonded to the metal base, ensuring they never scratch off or fade over time. This fusion of glass and metal creates jewelry that not only dazzles with its timeless beauty but also stands strong against the wear and tear of everyday life.

Care for your Enamel Jewelry:
I have chosen high-quality materials to create a piece of artful jewelry that will last a lifetime. Even though they will be so comfortable, you might forget they are there, try not to bathe or swim with them. Moisture from the water will cause your silver to darken very quickly, especially chlorine. Next, put on perfume or body spray before your jewelry, and lastly, I recommend removing it before using cleaning products. Many will cause silver to darken from the fumes, and some can even hurt your enamel, so to be careful, I always recommend removing all jewelry. A beautiful care card will come with your jewelry.
